Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Day 02: Delhi

Morning enjoy guided tour of Old Delhi, visiting Jama Masjid, the principal mosque of Old Delhi. Built in the year 1656 AD by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, it is the largest & best known mosque in India. Chandi Chowk, the old marketplace of Shah Jahanabad now a picturesque bazaar to reach Red Fort, built in the year 1648 by Shah Jehan.
In New Delhi, visit Raj Ghat, memorial to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. It is a simple black marble platform that marks the spot of his cremation on 31 January 1948. India Gate, memorial built in the year 1931 to commemorate the Indian soldiers who died in the World War I & the Afghan Wars. President's House, the official residence of the President of India, built in the year 1931. Humayun's Tomb, memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in the year 1562. The complex is a World Heritage Site & the first example of this type of Mughal architecture in India. Qutub Minar, built in the year 1206 by Qutub-ud-din Aibek. It is the tallest (72m) steeple  in the world, an important archetype of Indo-Islamic Architecture. Its  monuments and Qutub Minar are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 03: Delhi - Agra

Morning proceeds to Agra & transfer to your hotel.
Later enjoy city tour visiting Taj Mahal, symbol of eternal love, which stands on the banks of River Yamuna. It was built by the 5th Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan in the year 1631 in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It was completed in 22 years. Also visit Agra Fort, built from red sandstone, often inlaid with white marble & intricate decorations

Day 04: Agra – Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri
Morning proceeds to Jaipur en route visit Fatehpur Sikri (Ghost Capital), the political capital of India's Mughal Empire under Akbar's reign, from the year 1571 until 1585, when it was abandoned, ostensibly due to lack of water.
 Later proceeds to Jaipur & transfer to your hotel.
Jaipur popularly known as Pink City, the flamboyant & colourful capital of Rajasthan. The city was founded in 1728 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber. Day 05: Jaipur

Built by Rao Jodha, this 5km long Fort is on a 125m high hill & has some magnificent palaces with marvelously carved panels latticed window. Jaswant Thada, a cluster of royal cenotaphs in white marble built in the year 1899 AD in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Within the main cenotaph are the portraits of various Jodhpur rulers. It is an architectural landmark of Jodhpur.

Day 08: Jodhpur – Jaisalmer

Day 09: Jaisalmer

Day 01: Bagdogra arrival and  Drive to Darjeeling
Meeting on arrival at Bagdogra airport and transfer drive  to Darjeeling. Check in at the hotel and evening at leisure for an overnight stay.

Day 02: In Darjeeling
After breakfast, City tour of Darjeeling, situated on an altitude of 2,134 m and was developed by the British as a hill resort to run from the heat of the plains. Tea plantations were introduced in the area in the 1840’s.Mall road is at the centre of the town, the main commercial street of Darjeeling, lined with souvenir shops which leads to Chaurastha, a square with a bandstand and several antique shops. The oldest built-up site in Darjeeling is then Observatory hill. A Red Hat Buddhist monastery,is also a prominent feature in a Darjeeling city tour. Birch Hill to the north stands the Shrubbery, the residence of the Governor of West Bengal and further down along the Birch Hill Road is the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute previously headed by the late Tenzing Norgay. This museum is famous for the displayed items used for the first Mount Everest expedition.

The Zoological Park is famous for high-altitude wildlife - yaks, Himalayan black bears, pandas. It also has four Siberian tigers. The tea estate of Happy Valley is one of the best in Darjeeling and can be visited, which lies below the park. Planter's Club is situated in the Mall road, where planters from all over the area meet, particularly on Sundays. The Lloyd Botanical Gardens were laid on a land donated by the owners of Lloyd's Bank is a collection of Himalayan and alpine flora. A Tibetan Refugee Self- Help Centre is located nearby with its temple, school, hospital and a shop selling carpets, textiles and jewelery.


Day 03: Drive Darjeeling to Gangtok
Mount Kanchenjunga can also be seen from the Observatory Hill but a much better view of the peak is from Tiger Hill. On winter days, the range can be clearly seen with Kanchenjunga (8,598 m.) in the middle, Kabru (7,338 m.) and Pandim (6,691 m.). T o the right are the Three Sisters, the Everest (8,842 m.), the Makalu (8,482 m.) and the Lhotse (8,500 m.) and to the east, the Tibetan peaks. You can also stop at Ghoom, which is a small Tibetan monastery by the roadside, built in 1875 and 5-meter statue of Lord Buddha is built here. Aft6er the visits, check out from the hotel and drive to Gangtok which will take you approximately 4 hrs. Check in at your hotel as soon as you arrive. Rest of the evening, free at leisure for shopping in the local market.

Day 04: In Gangtok
Gangtok town is the capital of Sikkim and lies at an altitude of 1,640 mts. facing Kanchenjunga. The southern part of the city has Choegyal's Palace, usually closed to visitors except for the Tsuklakhang Royal Chapel, where festivals and ceremonies are held. The palace opens once a year, during the last week of December, for the Pong Labsal festival during which masked lamas perform a dance to Kanchenjunga around a banner pole. The Government Handicraft Centre (timings : 10 am to 4 pm) was institutionalized for promoting and keeping alive the traditions and culture of this beautiful state of Sikkim. The Cottage Industries is a storehouse of hand-woven woolen carpets with traditional motifs, blankets, shawls in Lepcha weaves and exquisitely carved choktse tables. There is the Research Institute of Tibetology, the most prestigious one of its kind built in 1958 to preserve Tibetan culture and traditions, is a library of more than 30,000 books on Buddhism, astrology, medicine and philosophy as well as a collection of thangkhas (A tibetan religious paintings on cloth). It is a renowned worldwide centre for the study of Buddhist philosophy and religion.

Day 05 : Drive to Bagdogra
